I have heard thought that having a conversation over commenting on peoples page is spamming, all because you would get an enormus amount of points. But most people have a normal convo and I don't see how that is spam. Spam is unneeding messages/comments, so having a normal convo is not spam, and no one should be banned for it. And yes, if people are spamming, flag and report it.
