You can do various of ways to do marketing.
Blog submissions, blog rolls, commenting on other blogs, forum signatures, video marketing etc.

blog on a appropriate or to the exact category / Sub-category

Create one free blog on blogger.com or wordpress.com, after that you can place you website link on your blog & do proper off-page optimization for your blog...enough

also put some gadgets or if you like link trade to some blog owners

who have high PR....

so that some of its visitor can go to you...

but its hard to find a link partner if your blog still dont have PR....:P
