Questions abotu Keyword placement

Hi

lets say I have 4 paragraph in my body. And I have 2 different keywords to put it in. Is there any rules about placing it in first paragraph or maybe in first line of the paragraph?
How many keywords should go in first paragraph and second and accordingly?
I was just wondering if there were any rules to get best result out of it.
Please advise

Thanks in advance

Your main keyword should go in the first line of the first paragraph

You can also repeat your keywords twice like this keyword1 bar bar bar keyword1 bar bar bar bar keyword2 bar bar bar bar keyword2.

something like that, this should bring up your ranking in organic search

If you can get your keyword phrase into an H tag that would be a good thing. You also will want it to appear in your page description. This will not help Google ranking put will improve click responses. The PD is still used by other SE's.

Everyone says include the keywords early and that makes sense, but I have never read a white paper that proved this is so. Just be natural and don't stuff.
