Hi

I hope I will get some suggestions and recommendations here.
Like I said, I am looking for a cheap web hosting that is $4 per month.
Please suggest or should I go for higher plans.
Basically my site is actually local and for local visitors.

you can go to www.hostnine.com for pretty good plans.Then there is servage.net and many others just google cheap hosting solution and you will get the list
