Does anyone know if it is possible to target a Yahoo Display Ad based on ethnicity? I want a certain subsection of ads to be targeted to certain ethnic groups. Thus, I want these ads to primarily display on sites visited by these ethnic groups. What is the best way to do this on Yahoo My Display Ads in the event that it is possible.

I dont think you can target by ethnicity. I guess Yahoo only targets by country and demographics.
